Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand experiences. You may not:
- Write fake or incentivised reviews
- Submit reviews for businesses you own or are affiliated with
- Manipulate star ratings or review counts
We actively monitor and remove fraudulent review activity. Violations may result in account suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
The Finder21 platform — including its design, features, branding, and content — is owned by Finder21 and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Finder21 is a directory platform provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not endorse any particular business listing or guarantee the accuracy of information provided by businesses or users.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finder21 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including damages arising from reliance on business listings, reviews, or any third-party content.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or other users.
9. Changes to These Terms
